Any fresh white roll will be delicious! With the 'fry quickly' it depends how thick your steaks are - four minutes on one side and three on the other if they are very thin. And yes, red wine makes a good substitute for the sherry.</description>

		<description>I went to some of my local bakeries and they did not have any Portuguese rolls, what could I use as a  good substitute (soemthing that is more common) ?
