Behind lots of the yummy sandwiches I enjoy at cafes out and about in Melbourne there is relish. That sweet and spicy spread that seems to make everything and anything just a little bit special and completely delicious. So when I saw this on your website I couldn't resist giving it a go... and it is delicious! My homemade sandwiches are one step closer to the deliciousness of the ones I have out! Thank you.

I must also say that I am very impressed by your pretty little blog... and have been inspired to start my own, too.

I live now in Thailand and have been given Keens mustard and curry so I just had to use them with the lovely tomatoes here. Thanks I had forgotten the quantities.

My Country NSW Grandma makes this relish too, it's a staple in all my families pantries! I love it under cheese on toast, and with corn fritters.
