These are very lemony. Let me know if you give them a go, if they work out for you on the Lemony front. 
I usually use fresh lemons from a neighbour down the street, they are the size of a clenched fist and are so tart and fragrant. 
Sometimes store bought lemons have travelled far and have lost their 'zing' so I guess I would recommend organic ones if you can.

I went to Queensland on the weekend and to a market on a mountain. There was a woman there who had made an infinite number of slices.
The whole table was covered in snowy icing sugar.
