These are very lemony. Let me know if you give them a go, if they work out for you on the Lemony front. I usually use fresh lemons from a neighbour down the street, they are the size of a clenched fist and are so tart and fragrant. Sometimes store bought lemons have travelled far and have lost their 'zing' so I guess I would recommend organic ones if you can. Hope that helps!
